We can produce new parts according to your drawings, samples or ideas. Whatever on mold design or product integrated support, we can provide you excellent technical solution and satisfied products.
We have 16 intermediated or senior professional technical personnel majored in Plastics and Molds, precise mold processing equipment as CNC machines , wire cutting machines, EDM machines , grinding machines, lathes, drilling machines and milling machines, precise inspection instruments as CMM, projector ,profile meter ,universal material testing machine, high temperature chamber ,low temperature freezers , plastic moisture tester, bursting strength tester and Cantilever beam impact testing machine, 51 sets (90-500 tons) horizontal and vertical Closed-loop Injection Machines.
Our company strictly follow IATF16949:2016 quality management system. We will check the products with the critical eyes from the customers, in order to provide high quality products to customers.
