Description:
1. Responsible for formulation and optimization of the company's quality assurance procedures, and ensure the normal operation of quality system; Organizing development process, sub-process and various specifications related to the operation of company;
2. Organizing regular or irregular review and inspection activities during the operation and development of company's quality system;
3. Responsible for management and control of quality system documents; Proposing suggestions and opinions on modification and supplement for operability of quality system documents;
4. Responsible for implementing and supervising the effective operation of system process;
5. Take charge of the second party and the third party's system audit, and implement rectification and reform;
6. Responsible for organizing and leading promotion of other system documents of company, such as ISO14000 and OHSAS18001;
7. Temporary tasks.

Requirements:
1. College degree or above; A good command of English is preferred.
2.Three years of quality management related work experience at least, must be proficient in IATF 16949:2016 quality management system, skilled in using five quality tools such as APQP, PPAP and FMEA, etc. Familiar with VDA6.3, VDA6.5, cqi-23 and other automotive industry customer audit requirements.
3. Proficient in using office automation software, such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
4. Hardworking, responsible, active enthusiastic, good team player.
5. Familiar with IS09001:2015, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and multiply system operations is preferred.

Requirements:
1, 5 years working experience in quality management at least, quality management experiences in auto parts industry is preferred; 
2, Have certain management and team building experience, able to guide and lead the team to achieve company's strategic goals;
3, Have some experiences in laboratory management and quality inspection management, have inspection experiences in automotive plastic parts is preferred; 
4.,Familiar with IATF 16949:2016 quality management system and five major tools, can carry out specific quality work skillfully, such as supplier quality management, production process quality management, customer service and complaint handling; 
5, Proficient in SPC, 8D, fishbone chart, 5why and other quality tools in daily work;
6,Excellent communication skills, problem solving ability and good teamwork spirit; 
7,Excellent English reading and writing ability, able to communicate with foreign customers by email; 
8, Can adapt to irregular business trips;
9, Education requirement: college degree or above;
10, Age requirement: under 45 years old.
